    Have always wanted to try a game of miniature golf. After researching and reading great Yelp reviews, it was decided that we would try the Puttshack in Oakbrook. Now about the vibe, you better be ready!! High energy, upbeat and spirited. Party lighting to set the mood. Cheerful conversations and spontaneous laughter. DJ Kungfu spinning live sounds, good bites and strong pours. Love that the assigned balls are computer generated and follow you at each putt displaying your points on screen next to your name. My husband and I had such a good time, well until my bonus points caused me to win! We ordered an old fashioned and a spicy margarita. My husband thought his drink was just fine. While I was impressed with how visually stunning my drink was. One side of the glass was dipped in hibiscus sugar, while the other side had a candied pineapple slice and a mini jalapeño popsicle. So, yes I was impressed. It also tasted pretty good. Burgers and fries were not too far behind. We ordered the O.G. Burgers; a blend of brisket, chuck AND short rib. Dressed with American cheese, special house sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion. They even toasted the brioche bun! O. Yeah. to the O. G. I had to try the Cali-garlic fries and they did not disappoint. No room for dessert. Next time. Looking for a FUN time, the Puttshack is the place. You can also dine in without golfing. The menu is loaded with goodies from burgers to Wood-fired Thai Octopus. There are lots of vegetarian options as well. Hubby wants a rematch so we will be back. Lol.

    MAKE SURE TO VISIT THE BAR, those drinks were off the chain, son. Almost forgot about the golfing thing, that was cool too, I guess. SHOUTOUT TO THE BARTENDERS THO, very cool and patient folks. Definitely taking my momma here after my auntie's funeral next week. We gonna have a blast at the bar and I guess we can golf too.

    Ambiance is amazing. The food has not much variety and takes a long time to come out. Service was slow but I do think they were understaffed. This is our second time coming here and will be back!

    Love this place and the innovation of the concept! So much better than classic mini golf. Although it is significantly more expensive than normal mini golf. They've got great food and a bar so you can have a drink while you play (there are bag and drink tables at every hole). After 7PM is 21+ only.
